The hotel on the hillside of the city offers great value for money, with rooms that are well cleaned and equipped with good facilities. The upper floors even have balconies, providing a beautiful view of the Faro da Guia. Additionally, the location is perfect, with a noticeable incline up a street, allowing for a peaceful stay away from the crowds.
Everything was fine.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds and a great view of the area. The hotel facilities were great, including the restaurant with delicious breakfast options. The hotel had a free shuttle service to the Macau Ferry terminal which made transportation to the main shops and casinos very convenient. Additionally, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay smooth and enjoyable.
Nothing that we didn't like.

I had a really pleasant surprise during my stay at Guia hotel. Despite the small size of the rooms, they were impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The service was outstanding, with a helpful and friendly concierge named Jeff. The location was perfect for exploring the historical parts of the city, with Guia Fort and the Lighthouse just a short walk away. The terrace garden provided a peaceful retreat, offering stunning views of the city and the lighthouse. I highly recommend this hotel for a couple or small family looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The location is very convenient for "overnighters" crossing over from Hongkong. It is very near the Ferry terminal and popular sights. The hotel is quite clean and very presentable.
The staff was not very courteous. Only the front desk staff knew English. We asked for a roll of tissue and they kept giving us slippers. There is also a "girlie bar" (Playmates Club) at the ground floor, not a good image for family travelers. There was supposed to be a discount for meals at the restaurant for hotel guests but we were not given the discount.

Good location and friendly service people.
Best was hard and no drinking water in the room. It was extra and you had to call the front desk to have it delivered to your room. Also, no security box in every room. Had to make special request.

The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect, just a short walk from all the main attractions. We were pleasantly surprised to find a rooftop garden where we could relax with a book and enjoy the views. The rooms were clean and cozy and we loved having free Wi-Fi.
The restaurant was only Chinese cuisine, which was a bit disappointing for those who don't enjoy that type of food. , the rooms were a bit smaller than we had anticipated, but they were comfortable nonetheless.

Nice rooms with good decoration and very clean. Ask for the free shuttle service to the ferry and Hotel Lisboa, they can arrange for you if you are a big group.
First during check in had to wait for more than 15 minutes. We had specifically requested (by email) for 3 rooms with double bed and got the confirmation from email. Yet on arrival they gave us all 3 rooms with single beds. they were not ready to change it initially, after 30minutes of persuation they arranged for only two rooms, which were much smaller in size than the single rooms. Did not give us any discount though it was their fault. They also took 500HKD deposit for mini bar which was ridiculous as the items in mini bar was worth less than 100. The room service did not even give us any milk or extra sugar for making tea.

The hotel is situated in a hilly area and offers a peaceful and quiet atmosphere away from the busy streets. The renovated rooms are clean and comfy with lovely Portuguese-style decor. Guests are provided with tea-making facilities, toiletries, and a bathtub in the bathroom. The polite and attentive staff go out of their way to make guests feel welcome.
The restaurant is overpriced and the food is nothing exceptional compared to the vibrant local cuisine options.

I stayed on the top 5th floor. There is a water heater on the roof top which is making very annoying nose 24 hours.
