During my stay as a family, we were drawn to the nearby attractions like Senado Square and the Cathedral of the Nativity of Our Lady, both easily accessible within a short walk. I appreciated the comfortable beds in our Standard Twin Room. The hotel generously provided a heater, which was a nice touch given the chilly weather outside.

Simply wonderful! Food awsome, view incredible, clean, friendly ...!
English a bit lacking except front room staff and bring your own wash cloths

modern interior design, convenient rooftop view, nearby park access
When arriving, the steep uphill path to the hotel is exhausting!!! Bus transport options are limited, so plan accordingly!!! The inability to open windows is annoying, as it traps unpleasant air conditioning odors!!!

near to Guia Light house and parks, pretty quiet.
Would be value for money if breakfast is included.

The location is very convenient for "overnighters" crossing over from Hongkong. It is very near the Ferry terminal and popular sights. The hotel is quite clean and very presentable.
The staff was not very courteous. Only the front desk staff knew English. We asked for a roll of tissue and they kept giving us slippers. There is also a "girlie bar" (Playmates Club) at the ground floor, not a good image for family travelers. There was supposed to be a discount for meals at the restaurant for hotel guests but we were not given the discount.

Well, the reception staff barely speak English, and it's quite alarming how rude they were-definitely not what I expected. The room had a strange smell that woudl ve been embarrassing to complain about. I expected at least a complimentary gift for my troubles but sure didn't get one. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

Good location and friendly service people.
Best was hard and no drinking water in the room. It was extra and you had to call the front desk to have it delivered to your room. Also, no security box in every room. Had to make special request.

The hotel offers a fantastic dim sum breakfast that is definitely worth trying while staying here.
The road leading to the hotel is steep, which can be quite tiring for those who are not used to walking uphill.

Nice rooms with good decoration and very clean. Ask for the free shuttle service to the ferry and Hotel Lisboa, they can arrange for you if you are a big group.
First during check in had to wait for more than 15 minutes. We had specifically requested (by email) for 3 rooms with double bed and got the confirmation from email. Yet on arrival they gave us all 3 rooms with single beds. they were not ready to change it initially, after 30minutes of persuation they arranged for only two rooms, which were much smaller in size than the single rooms. Did not give us any discount though it was their fault. They also took 500HKD deposit for mini bar which was ridiculous as the items in mini bar was worth less than 100. The room service did not even give us any milk or extra sugar for making tea.

I stayed on the top 5th floor. There is a water heater on the roof top which is making very annoying nose 24 hours.
